Elastic Crystal Bracelet QC: Questions to Ask
Elastic cord, knot, bead holes and packout all affect the finished unit.
When an elastic bracelet breaks, the buyer experiences the whole product as unreliable. A QC brief should cover cord, bead hole, knot treatment, stretch behavior and packaging stress.
Check the assembly
Record cord diameter, strand count, knot location and how the knot is concealed. Ask how the approved sample is compared during final inspection.
Check the packout
Bracelets can be compressed in pouches or gift boxes. Confirm the unit is not forced into a smaller packout than the approved sample.
FULVERA sourcing evidence
Choose a finished bracelet, loose-bead or gift-box program.
Use the image as a starting point; final stone identity, treatment disclosure, tolerances, documents and lead time are confirmed against the approved project sample.
